I have a basic changing table. Top for the pad with two shelves below it. I am boggled as to what to put on the shelves and where.

I am planning on cloth diapering and I suppose that diapers should go on the top of the two shelves and maybe some of the essentials (like wipes and powder) as well.

What else do you put on your changing table shelves? What do you put on the bottom shelf?
